We are currently seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join us in our Atlanta office.In the U.S. alone, EVS has nearly 400 professionals. EVS assists companies in meeting business requirements related to valuation, transfer pricing, and economic analysis. Specifically, EVS offers a broad range of services supporting business valuations, audit assist, financial and tax reporting, transfer pricing, statistical analysis, economic analysis, impairment reviews and controversy work.Responsibilities for both positions:• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies • Review and analyze Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements • Research comparable publicly traded companies • Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects Additional Responsibilities for Sr. Associate:• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance through the use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packagesQualifications for both positions:• One year of experience with advisory related projects• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business from an accredited college/university• Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, plan evaluation, and/or operational performance analysis • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independentlyAdditional Qualifications for Senior Associate:• Two years of experience with advisory related projects within an audit, tax, and advisory firmKPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
