Job Description:
Do you have a passion for solving complex business problems? KPMG’s Advisory Services Practice focuses on fundamental business issues — managing risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs — that organizations, across various industries, should address in order to help them flourish. We help companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Manager to join us in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:
• Take part in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
• Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues
• Participate business development by assisting with proposal development
• Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
• Responsible for providing guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions

Qualifications:
• Three years of experience developing and delivering client deliverables in change management, organizational development, or human capital advisory services with a major consulting firm
• BS degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
• MBA with a focus in Human Resources is preferred
• Experience leading business transformation projects including process improvement and change management
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish a rapport with clients and colleagues
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
