We are currently seeking a Sr. Associate to join us in our Dallas office.KPMG's International Executive Services (IES) practice strives to help companies as they work to manage their international assignment programs. When our clients send their employees on international assignment, KPMG professionals provide proactive planning ideas and advise clients on international human resources and tax best practices. IES provides compliance, advisory, and administration services to help support our clients' businesses and assignees.Responsibilities:• Serve as day-to-day contact/resource for assignee, client coordinator, third-party vendors and other personnel• Deliver service utilizing KPMG technology tools and according to standards established by service level agreements• Provide support and services prior to the assignment, during the assignment and during repatriation/localization including assignment cost analysis, expatriate orientations, vendor coordination, preparation of assignment balance sheets, and letters of understanding• Prepare client correspondence on various international assignment matters• Advise the client on policy and process changes as appropriate• Review, analyze, and track expatriate payroll, compensation, benefits, global mobility and other assignment-related issues• Coordinate collection, assembly, analysis, and review of worldwide compensation information for tax reporting purposes• Develop training and communications materials• Advise on enhancement or improvement to client’s administration of servicesQualifications:• Two years of experience in international Human Resources or international assignment compensation and payroll• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university• Experience conducting pre-departure orientation and repatriation meetings with clients• Ability to review balance sheets and cost projections• Ability to supervise and offer guidance to staff• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
