We are currently seeking a Manager, Video and Webcasting Service Delivery in our Montvale, NJ office.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Manage the daily operations for the video and webcasting service delivery team and help ensure that service levels are met or exceeded<br/>- Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients such as Events and Meetings, KPMG Business School, Marketing, Communications, and Knowledge Services<br/>- Act as a point of contact and escalation manager for IT and other internal clients<br/>- Manage external vendors who provide ongoing service and support<br/>- Oversee system performance and provide regular usage, capacity, and performance reports as necessary<br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- Minimum five years of progressive managing and administration of video services hardware including webcasting and video conference hardware; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment<br/>- Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience<br/>- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with webcasting and video conferencing hardware<br/>- Ability to travel when necessary<br/><br/>KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.<br/><br/>No phone calls or agencies please.<br/>KPMG Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V.
