WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent in a related field of study plus two years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent plus five years of experience in lieu of a master’s degree plus two years of experience. Up to 80 percent travel is required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Two years of experience must include supporting key supply chain projects, including manufacturing operations, working capital, inventory management, and supply chain strategy utilizing analytical, quantitative, and engineering techniques; providing industry-specific business and advisory services to companies in the diversified industrials, electronics, and semiconductor manufacturing industries; participating in functional assessments and business case development including financial analysis, operations evaluations, change management, performance management, metrics, new product introductions, and process flow analysis; leading projects related to supply chain and operations strategy, improvements and consolidation including Reliability and Maintainability Engineering to assess the current state of operations and defining specific improvement opportunities; and utilizing supply chain applications, including SAP, Oracle, PTC Windchill, and Reliasoft to provide operational improvement methodologies for supporting transformation and restructuring efforts.
