Help ensure engagements are conducted efficiently through planning, budget management, and reasonable resource allocation. Address review notes from managers and partners and work with managers in the financial reporting process, including reviewing financial statements and footnote disclosures to help ensure they meet professional standards. Evaluate fraud risk of companies based on foreign countries and detect fraud by implementing additional audit procedures. Supervise audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the financial services industry and provide leadership and guidance to associates and perform day-to-day operations of engagements. Work on multiple engagements and deliver high-quality service utilizing experience with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB auditing standards, Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, and IFRS. Participate in engagements varying in size and scope and handling engagements for clients with multiple subsidiaries or divisions in the financial services industry.
