* Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
* Eight years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in public accounting or comparable advisory services
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university, CPA, and/or other advanced professional credential is preferred
* Deep financial transformation knowledge and experience
* Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
* Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing performance feedback
* Strong communication skills and ability to establish a rapport with clients and colleagues
