3rd Level Application Support Seasonal

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Gain extensive knowledge of eAudIT product features from both a technical and business perspective, including a basic understanding of the underlying business methodology
• Provide 3rd level experienced support for eAudIT suite of applications
• Work with engagement teams to resolve issues associated with the use of eAudIT
• Participate in the delivery of training to audit professionals
• Participate in ongoing support and training activities with various Information Technology Services (ITS) United States and ITS Global teams Deliver continuous National Support Center (NSC) and Deskside Support Services
• DSS training on new releases to help ensure strong 1st level support performance
• Participate in the testing of new prototypes and delivery of feedback
• Identify and escalate key issues to the eAudIT and ITS Global teams to improve product performance
• Record problem systems and status information through the use of Remedy

Qualifications:

• Three years of Information Technology experience in a support environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Aptitude to learn the underlying business methodology as well as detailed product features
• Ability to provide support relevant to product set
• Ability to work in high stress, high incident volume environment
• Strong communication skills and business analysis skills
• Strong troubleshooting experience with desktop applications and Microsoft products
