Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Chicago office, with locations in New York, Short Hills, Dallas, Boston or Atlanta considered.ERP Advisory Services professionals help clients address their enterprise wide system implementation challenges and improve on their investment. We provide unbiased guidance through the project life-cycle allowing clients to see enhanced value to their business.Responsibilities: • Work on Peoplesoft Financial or HR projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource• Plan (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Peoplesoft applications• Participate in Peoplesoft business processes mapping and in the day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support and project reviews• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel• Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients • Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals• Review Peoplesoft application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environmentQualifications: • Five years of experience in Peoplesoft Financials or HR implementation or ERP business process improvement• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field• Knowledge of the Peoplesoft implementation methodologies• Demonstrated knowledge base in operations, systems evaluation and enterprise architecture• Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management and project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives• Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership abilities• Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements• Strong analytical skills and the ability to write at a “publication” quality level to communicate findings and recommendations• Able to travel • Self motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to the project schedule and prioritiesKPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
